TERMS UNDER WHICH THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED

The theatre-nefeli.com website is a "not for profit" site which highlights and promotes theatre arts and performances as performed by the Children of the Theatre Nefeli.  All material contained within this site was obtained in good faith from members of the Greek Community of Toronto.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE. This site is owned and operated by volunteers from The Greek Community of Toronto , (herein referred to as "The Greek Community of Toronto") and contains material supplied by The Greek Community of Toronto and other sources. Copyright belongs to their respective owners and may be protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way any material from this site without prior written permission from the respective copyright holders.

MATERIALS USED: All photographs used in the theatre-nefeli.com site have received the permission of their respective owners.  Music used in the theatre-nefeli.com site are performed in the likeness of the original authors and permission to use those melodies have been obtained either verbally or in written form whenever possible.

TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTS. The theatre-nefeli.com is a web site and domain name with components created, owned and operated by theatre-nefeli.com. All other trademarks, product and/or company names and logos displayed on this site are the property of their respective owners. The display of these trademarks and/or logos does not constitute an endorsement of the theatre-nefeli.com site by the respective trademark owners.

LICENSE TO theatre-nefeli.com. By posting messages, uploading files, inputting data, or engaging in any other form of communication (herein referred to as "Communication") through this service, you are granting theatre-nefeli.com a royalty free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted worldwide license to:

OTHER. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
